Mole control in the staffordshire moorlands & peak district

Derbyshire Traditional Mole Catchers

We embrace traditional mole trapping techniques rather than contaminating our land with noxious poisonous chemicals which can have an adverse effect on our precious environment or future generations to come.

Highly toxic fumigant gases such as Aluminium Phosphide are quickly detected by moles which will simply move to another area and continue to tunnel and create damage and hazards.

Although more 'labour intensive', better results can be achieved using traditional mole trapping methods as opposed to residual chemicals that could put other wildlife and organisms at risk.

Livestock Farming in the Peak District

Mole activity on your land can have a significant impact on silage & hay quality caused by bacteria entering the livestock food chain such as Listeria. Other bacteria introduced to the silage clamp due to mole activity such as Clostridium which later converts to acid can turn the entire silage clamp sour & inedible to livestock.

Farming in Derbyshire & Staffordshire

Mole activity on fields intended for silage/hay or livestock can cause significant impacts towards stock health & safety and the quality of crop yields as well as damaging some machinery.

Mole Control in the Staffordshire Moorlands and Peak District National Park Area

We work closely with our clients. This is crucially important for us because we are not your usual run of the mill 'pest control company' who pushes out as many jobs during the day as possible in a set time frame. Instead, we concentrate on the job-in-hand and think about the small seemingly unimportant aspects of the mole issue. Attention to detail is everything for us.

No Obligation Site Inspection & Report

It is important to make an assessment of the current mole infestation before devising a control plan allowing you -  the client to make an informed decision. It is requested that the Land Owner / Decision Maker is present to act as our guide.

Right Knowledge, Experience and Tools for the job

Traditional Mole Control can only be successfully delivered by a professional who has extensive experience, knowledge & the right tools for the job. Unlike many commercial pest control companies - we do NOT use highly toxic Aluminium Phosphide fumigant. We humanely trap moles that are instantaneously killed.
